quads are sore.
Out 8mi in 53:30, so back just a little faster. stopped at 9 to use the restroom, but starting up again, my knee started hurting at mile 11, so I had to stop and stretch my quad to get that pressure off my knee. it helped, but I didn't like that. Didn't have to stop the remainder of the run, but overall the 6:40 pace didn't feel too hard.
