8-10 total miles. WU. Run 8 x 2:00 hard (85-90%), 2:00 easy (jogging). CD

Not sure we are ready to do this one on hills yet (that is the group workout this week).

ran with kremer on bike trail.

I felt like we killed it out there, was happy with how this workout went. I think we got down to about a 5:12 pace, prob avg around low 5:20s. Off pace was 7. Light rain and lower humidity may have helped.
