Not sure we are ready to do this one on hills yet (that is the group workout this week).

I felt like we killed it out there, was happy with how this workout went. I think we got down to about a 5:12 pace, prob avg around low 5:20s. Off pace was 7. Light rain and lower humidity may have helped.
