It was pouring, so as soon as I got home I put my trainers on and got out the door. went through the first mile around 6:40, was feeling good in the rain. So I kept it up. I actually did stop at 2.5 for about 1 min just to shake things off, then continued back home. About 1.5 miles left, I kicked in four 30 step striders at a good sprint. Toes don't really hurt during my run, but afterwards they do. this was my first "workout" since maybe february, i'm not sure. The striders felt tough though.
