Plan:

4 mile progression run, start slow and gradually get faster by the end.

Report:

Last mile closed around 5:10. Did this solo, in tights and jacket, so felt bulky.

This was probably a little long, the mile markers are off. According to the map, it's more like 4.1 but close enough.
