Notes

Felt the electric shock calve thing almost immediately into my run. When i floss, i feel a click on the underside of my knee. Darrell got rid of that, but it came back. Seems like it comes and goes through. Things were going well for awhile though, felt smooth and was putting down a 6:56 pace or so. Around 8 miles is where I had to stop and stretch my right side, it locked up. At that point I decided to turn around instead of going out 2 more miles, and if i were feeling good by the time I got closer to home, I would've tacked on another 4. I got moving again once i flipped, but had to stop once more around the 12 mile mark to stretch again. By the time i got closer to home, i was feeling drained and feeling locked up again, so I stopped and called it at 16. Did all of my stretches as soon as i finished.

Maybe I should stretch before?
