Plan:
8-10 moderate run/moderate muscular tension and aerobic pressure. Heart rate target zone 70-75%
with 6-10 x 30on/60off. Run about 5:00/M pace (not all out) for 30 seconds and then jog for 60 and this should be continuous.
Report:
Solo on bike trail. Kept a decent 6:30ish pace. Out in 32:40, after turn-around I started my fartlek. 10x30/60. Felt good. Feeling more energized than last week.
