ran with blake. Didn't start feeling the stiffness until around 45-50 mins, so whatever I did yesterday worked. It's really bugging me, but the knots have been moving around, so that's a plus. Tried rolling around again with a tennis ball, but I'm not sure whether or not it helped much. I've also been sleeping in compression shorts, and with a pillow between my legs if I'm on my side, that seems to help. just going to focus on strengthening over the next few weeks and go from there, but I think i'll be "back" soon.
