Plan:

10-12 total miles. Wu 2-3 miles and 4x30 step striders. run 8-10 800s with 200m recovery jog. cd with 1-3 miles. Adjust wu/cd mileage for planned total mileage for day.

Report:

Been up since 3:30am, so I was tired going in. Since it was windy, we took turns pacing. Stew didn't have a watch, so I was his watch. I was all alone the last 800m, just wanted to see what I had left. dropped the guys, they went 2:31ish. It's something like this that makes me think I have a shot at getting a PR in the 800m again.

The shoes are great, calves are a bit sore, but nowhere near as sore as they have been in the past. after the 9th 800, Coach made a comment to me, "how come you're the only one I can't hear breathing?" after that last 800, he said, "There's the breathing! I think that's a good sign!" Good workout.
