very windy out. first few steps, i knew i wasn't going far, no energy, dead legs. Thought about only going 1 mile, but convinced myself to go 2, then 4. Ran into brad and we ran about 2 miles together. Almost convinced myself to go 6, but I could use an easy day, and I plan on having a couple 1 mile easy days friday and saturday anyway since i'll be busy those days.
