Plan:
10Mi run. Try to run even pace. First half at 60-70% and the second half at 70-75%. should keep the pace even. Do your best to NOT break 65:00
Report:
Did my best to not break 65. Kept the pace fairly even the first half, but on the way back, I accidentally picked it up too much (6:20s) and so I forced myself to slow it down. High hamstring began hurting around 47min, then glute, then back got a little tight. Started to feel tired around 8mi. Getting there.
