Notes

I decided to do my glute exercises before my run tonight. Went with a pair of shoes I hadn't worn in awhile, thought it would be a nice change. I didn't know how far I was going to go, it hurt a little bit, but I think I really dug into my hip Sunday night when I rolled it around on a medicine ball, it was all I could find at that moment. I tried focusing on using my glutes more than my legs to run, if that makes sense. Afterwards, I did a few more glute stretches and then took a protein shake.

Time to overload. I went to the store tonight and picked up some Glutamine, Tart Cherry Juice, and some more wheat grass powder. I plan on taking the 3 capsules a day as recommended and drinking quite a bit of the tart cherry juice, it's supposed to be good muscle recovery. I need the wheat grass powder, because I probably don't get enough greens in my diet. Aside from those three things, I need to be better about taking my multi-vitamin, kelp, iron & b12... I sometimes forget. Gotta get this problem fixed.
