Mizuno Wave - rider 16 Dec (White/Red)
most of the paths were cleared off, but still snow and ice in some spots. felt ok, was able to put down a sub 13 last 2 miles, or pretty close to it according to my watch. time to soak the feet. oh and left knee a little funky on the inside.
