Notes

stopped twice to drench my bandana in water, but I ran pretty hard. It didn't seem too hard, but it did towards the end. I kept looking at my watch throughout the run to take splits and determine my pace, and every time I hit the mile markers, I was always around 6:30-6:35 pace, and I figured that was too good to be true. So I ran this all according to time and stopped figured I'd just stop at 1:12:15 since that was a 6:35 pace. Sure enough, I measured it afterwards and I came out to about 11.1 miles.

Thought I was going to have to turn around at 2 miles, because I could feel my back, but while I stopped to drench my bandana, I did my standing pigeon stretch and it went away. toes still hurt though. It was hot, sun beating down and I had an empty stomach.
