Plan:
10-12 miles. wu 2-3 miles and 4x30 step striders. Run 8x800m (or half miles) with 200m recovery jog. CD with 1-3 miles.
Report:
It snowed all day Sunday, so there is still snow on the ground, There was also a light mist and somewhat windy. Thought about doing this on the canal, but monday night, Spitz shoveled off just lane one at the iupui track, so i went there. The only problems i had on the track were the wind, wet feet, and the back turn was icy. Still, not a bad workout considering. Avg of 2:35. The last time i did 800s was 2 weeks before monumental, x10 @ 2:36 avg, so i may be around the same shape if not better. Hammy kinda hurts, but not nearly as bad as last tuesday.
