5000m Zionsville All Comers Track Series.
82º with heat index of 95º. Pretty much solo the entire time. Blake was supposed to read me splits throughout the race, but read running time instead, so I didn't know how fast I was going and never once looked at my watch. I just know that my watch kept going off about 5-6 seconds before the line, so not sure what that was all about. so my splits above are off, my first mile was around 5:08, don't know what the other ones were.
I found a heat calculator that takes Temp, Dew Point, pace, distance, and effort and says my pace was equivalent to a 4:57 pace.
1st place, 2nd was about 30 seconds behind.
