These should be no faster than 5:30 pace, just a little reintro to running fast

*The last 2 off ended about 1 min away from where my 1mi CD started, so the entire 4mi was 25:14. I really couldn't gauge how fast I was going, but I tried slowing it down if I felt like it was too fast. It's feeling a lot better, even compared to those first striders I did a couple weeks ago. I recall that hurting when I pushed off. I'd say I'm getting close to being around 85-990% free from this particular injury.
