Notes

4x800 @ 85% w/2 min recovery jog after each 800. 3-5min recovery jog to the monon, 2 mile tempo at 85% on the monon, out and back. 3-5min recovery jog after 2mi back to track. 4x400 w/90sec recovery between 400s.

It was pretty hot out, felt drained before the workout started. Team ran the 800s mostly together, but I led the last 3. the 2 mile was mostly alone, the guys ran it slower because I think they ran the 800s too fast... it felt comfortable, but towards the end, the heat was getting to me, started feeling like throwing up (but i didn't). went back to the track, i really just wanted to be under 70 seconds on these, but one of the guys started pushing me, so that's why I ran 63 on the second 400... and he died the third 400, couldn't hang with me. During the 3rd 400, i knew that was my last one, legs were just rubber, I did not have another one in me. Overall, I'm happy with this workout.
