Personal Best 5 Miler @ Eagle Creek
89% humidity at start. 4mi warm up, 3mi cool down.
Not an easy course, lots of hills, and a PR by 14 seconds. my previous PR was 27:25 and that was on the monon, straight as can be and Flat. So this is good for me. 3rd overall, got beat by two 1:04 guys, Tom Anderson and Jordan Kyle. I was in no man's land the entire time. They went 25 low and 25:30, but i'm happy with it, even though my goal was sub 27. I think I could've gone 2 more miles at this pace. The last 400 was downhill, so that explains the fast last mile. Age graded 26:56.8
