Did this solo, didn't feel like going up to Broad Ripple and running at 6pm. It's too late, I'm used to running at 3:30.
I went through 4.4 miles in 28:20 (6:27 pace). The next two miles were 5:17 & 5:21.
My pace at the halfway mark, I had an average of a 6:15 pace. Around 8.75 miles I was averaging a 6:04 pace.
There were two steep hills, dams basically. I actually started out very slow, so I'm happy with this overall. Hamstring started to tighten around 5 miles.
The last two days of easy 5 milers must have helped.
I was only supposed to do 10 miles solo, but I just moved and don't know where exact mile markers are, so I just made sure I was running longer than I should, just ended up being 11
