just brad and i. we hit snow a couple times, but most of it was completely clear. Happy with today's run, left foot hurts, and right hip has been bugging me, but overall, our pace dipped under 6:20 easily. There are still some weird patches on the canal where they are doing construction, so the turns are tight and icy, so we always have to slow down several times for that. Also crossing the bridge on 10th st has been a problem too, takes longer than usual.
