Stretched.

1: I wore my racing flats

2: I wore the knee strap

3: ran on the treadmill.

3 miles overall. no significant pain really. Started slow and was feeling good. Once I made it to a mile I decided to see how far I can go before I felt that excruciating pain as mentioned before, and then I'd stop. Never did feel it, and I even tested some speed out to see how that affected things, and it didn't. I was smooth and on my toes. I did take 4 ibuprofen around noon, but it's been over 7 hours, so I doubt that is still in me. The fastest I got down to was 5:42 pace, but I needed to experiment. I thought about going 4, but already was probably pushing it. I'll stretch more tonight and ice.
