Rode bicycle up monon 7 miles with alicia (she kept going), hopped off and ran 4 out and 4 back, ate a burrito, hopped back on and rode home. Not feeling too sore, upper calves a little tender, felt pretty good out there though, sprinkled a little, so that was nice.
