Started feeling the pain the the glute at .5 miles.
Afterwards I had my first massage since boston. He dug into my back for about 20 mins and then the glute. My back is taped up at the moment. I felt almost 100% better by the time I got home. Didn't hurt trying to sleep on my side, and waking up I was ok. I'd say pain is about 10%. Supposed to see him on Thursday again to get the rest of it before the race Saturday. Glad that worked.
