I've been dealing with a groin issue since around thanksgiving. it's hard to pinpoint whats going on as the pain moves around, which is good i guess. I feel pain above the pubic bone sometimes, but also my inner left thigh is very tender also and i feel that the most during a run. For the longest time, it would only hurt for the first 20 seconds of my run, then it would loosen up and i wouldn't feel it again. Now i feel it all the time, but i've been massaging the area and my ab muscles/thigh, and probably aggravated it doing so. I did some investigative work and i'm thinking my issue may be Osteitis Pubis. I found some exercises to help strengthen the area.
Biggest fear, pelvic stress fracture
