Solo. Out in 63:35, took a gel. second half was supposed to be just a little faster. Around 8 miles, i took a few steps where i felt pain up in my pelvis below the inner butt cheek, similar to the pain I felt after Chicago marathon 2012, when I was going through rehab. This pain only shot up for about 10 steps and then went away, but it got me a little worried. I didn't feel anything afterwards or on sunday, so hoping it was just a weird muscle twitch. Left shin also started hurting midway through. I think these are both good indicators that I'm in need of new shoes asap. not a bad run though, started feeling tired around 16 miles
