Crossroads Half Marathon – 3rd overall, 1st in age group 35-39. first race in that age group.
This entire race was a struggle, alone after mile 2. I planned on holding 5:45 pace the entire way, but the humidity was at 100%, and I didn't have the energy. I actually wanted to drop out at mile 3, couldn't hang on. I'm really not sure how I managed to finish this, not overly happy about it, but it was a good Long Run. I'm closer to low 1:15 shape than today proved.
