Notes

right hamstring up into the glute, was really killing me on this run. Sat on a tennis ball for awhile at work, tried rolling it out after my run and wrapped it with arctic ease. Will test it tomorrow, if it's still acting crazy, I'm not doing tomorrow's 30min hill workout. I do have a chiropractor appt tomorrow night though, so that should help a lot. I haven't been since before my indoor 5k, and I've done several speedy workouts since, most likely out of whack.
