Notes

I woke up and my back was very stiff. When I'm running, it's hard to look over my right shoulder to see if something is behind me, not so much the left, so I def don't have much flexibility in that. I felt really good the first 5 miles, felt the calve shock a few times, but then it moved onto the lower back/side pain, just felt very weak. A lot of this probably has something to do with my core, even though I had been doing core strengthening for awhile before this injury popped up.... unless i was overworking my muscles. This run started to get hard around 11, and I started asking myself, "how in the world am I going to run 26.2 at the speed I want if I don't get better in the next 3 weeks?" I don't have an answer, but if it comes down to it, 7 min miles.

Good news is, I was able to get a long run in, which is more than what I expected on monday.
