workout called for 6-10 400s, but during my second 400, I could tell my form was looking sloppy, started arching my lower back, and so I called it there before I did any damage. I felt like I got something from this though. mile felt easy, the 400s were kinda tough, rubbery legs at the end, and that shows me I'm out of shape. Fastest speed workout I've done so far this season. Ebersole predicts a 5:30 pace from me this weekend at PB5, but i don't think that's in the cards.
