Notes
Celebrated my 30th birthday with a 30 mile run. This was my first run over 26.2 miles. I started out conservative, the first 10 miles were all downtown, so there was a lot of stop and go. Alicia ran a mile with me at mile 14 in the 100 acre woods. Around mile 23, we stopped to eat. I had a black bean burger with hash browns and some veggie soup. My last four miles was like a progression run: 6:26, 6:13, 6:06, 5:51. The final mile of my run marked my 8,000th consecutive mile of my running streak. Overall, I feel great, no problems and not overworked. Not once did it feel hard.
