Plan: Mile Repeats
10-12 total mileage. WU and then run 4x1mi beginning at 85% or half marathon race pace and increase the effort each mile until the last one is at time trial effort. Jog 3-5 min between each mile and then CD.
Report:
Did this on monon solo, -5º windchill and windy. Went North (slight uphill and tailwind) the first two, South the second two (slight downhill and headwind). Jogged a half mile between these. I'm unsure of this workout, don't feel like I did very well.

I should have been under 5 on that last one, went through the 800 in 2:25, so either I gave up or I ran too far. Had a hard time getting my leg moving during these. This hurt, hurt more than usual. laying down, pushing down on heel hurts like it used to. All I can do is ice, wear compression shorts, and pop ibuprofen until chiro thursday, but I need a miracle quick.
