Notes

Felt my hamstring pain a few times today, so I took aleve. It's not THAT painful, but it's not pleasant either. After work I did my stretches, mostly some hip flexor stretches, 100 reps for each leg. Just wanting a to try something different. After that, my hips/legs felt very tired, but it was time to go for a run. I put in my 1 mile. At the half, I was at 3:28, so I must have picked it up the second half because I finished in 6:45. It felt good, I'm trying to avoid hills because it hurts, but unfortunately the route I run has a pretty long uphill. After each of these runs, I've been drinking a protein shake, it contains 5g of glutamine. I'm getting around 7-8g of l-glutamine every day now, I'm not sure if it's helping, but I can tell a difference in the pain from this week compared to when I first started to cut back 12 days ago or so. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow, so I'll see what the next step is tomorrow.
