Started out in the lead. At 200m, a guy jumps in front, I stay behind him in 2nd place until the third lap when I passed him on the back stretch. Another guy (same guy who dropped out of the race last week), starts moving up beside me in lane 2 as we go around the curve. I hold him there in lane 2, not allowing him to pass, then blow him out of the water the remaining 500 meters.
This was a true mile, not a 1600.

Felt ok, wish I would've picked it up a little bit more at the halfway mark. Won by 7 seconds.
