ran solo. temp started around 32º but ended up around 24º. thought i ran easy, but got home and crapped blood for a couple hours. so yeah, guess i'm not ready to just jump into that kind of distance. maybe next week. took a gel around 50 mins. foot bugged me most of the run, but not really too much until mile 11.
