Plan:
10-12 total mileage. wu and then run alternating miles beginning with a mile at marathon pace (or 80%) followed by a mile at 10k pace (85-90%) for a total of 5 miles. Finish with a cd.
Report:
wanted to keep the marathon pace around 5:55 pace, 10k pace around 5:20. Both 10k paces ended up a hill and the last marathon pace did as well. Solo. Think i need some new workout flats.
