Tenderized my calves with the lacrosse ball before going on this run - seemed to have helped!

I've made the decision not to long run tomorrow while I'm in the process of pulverizing myself with the lacrosse ball. I'm just going to try and get back on schedule, maybe get a full 75 mile week in. Tomorrow is a normal Monday.
