Not bad. Knees felt good. Will proably finish Marshfield race in same time as 3 years ago. Warm but felt good overall. No injuries. Must watch left foot. Seems to be stressed. Have aches in hips and top of thighs, especiallyon left. Have noticed for a while. Athritis??
