All good, even right front outside ball of foot. Speed is really getting slow. Will just have to keep at it but slower than 9:30 is a real problem. Saw 3 deer.
No bugs yet. Took along hat and glasses in case but nothing.
OMG. The road is newly paved as of last Monday. All of Alden and Upper College pond for 1.2 miles. THIS IS GREAT. REALLY NICE TO RUN ON A SMOOTH SURFACE WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT TURNING AN ANKLE.
More new paving is to be done. Excuse me. I am getting aroused.
