Ligt rain to just after rain. Cool and damp but great to run in. 4:30am - 6:45am. Didn't know if I could do it but just forced myself. Didn't feel too bad aftrerwards. Really need to lose the weight. It will make it much easier. Will keep trying for 15 every weekend in May and increase 1 mile for each month. Same as the marathon training in 2004. CHI running method seems to help.
