Nice evening. Days are starting to noticeably get shorter. The sun is setting around 8:50 PM, so I have to start jogging earlier. This was a very good run. I was very tired and sleepy and just lying on the couch and almost wussing out, but eventually I dragged myself off the couch, got my kit on and went for it.
I, as usual, paced myself at the start so that I didn't burn out and in the end, I maintained my pace and possibly sped up a bit at the end?
