Nice progression run on the TM. Started with the first 9 miles at 6:40 pace (9.0 mph), then moved the pace each subsequent mile until hitting 6:00 (10 mph) for the 16th mile. The sweat was a-flyin'. Apologies to the lady walking on the TM next to me...
