Legs are still pretty sore. Kept the pace manageable but even this felt tougher today. Will probably have to go slower tomorrow.

Body is sore so that means you did give it what you had on Saturday. How is the mind? Whatever pressure you're putting on yourself for races going forward throw it aside. You train like a animalistic machine so you know you got what it takes. Just go to the line with no expectations and keep at it. One mile at a time. It's there...trust me. It's there. Still sucks, I know...

I'll be honest, my confidence is pretty shot. This is the 2nd consecutive marathon bonk for me (NYC and now Pine Line). I am fairly sure I know what I did wrong but also am wondering if it's a mental toughness issue in addition to poor pacing early in the race. I just keep wondering, could I have pushed harder? Could I have given more? Did I throw in the towel on a PR attempt?

I'm not sure. I think I just need to go easy until FANS and see what comes that day.
