Nice day for a solid paced run around Lake Cornelia in Edina. Threw in some fast pickups every mile, hitting ~ 5K pace (5:20) for ~0.25 mile. Was glad I found a path that was fairly well cleared of ice otherwise that pace would have been impossible.
