Started at 6:35 and built to a 5:42 final mile. With this workout I hit 3,700 miles for the year. If I put some extra miles each day I can still crack 4K for the year. A far cry from the goal of 6K at the beginning of the year, but having taken over a month off from running I'd say 4K wouldn't be too shabby.
