Ran inside again, so decided to run hard. Set TM speed to 9.6 and ran first 10 miles at that pace. After mile 10 progressed the speed to 6:11 (9.7), 6:07 (9.8), 6:04 (9.9), 6:00 (10.0) then upped to 5:52 (10.2) for final mile. Left hip was a little sore in the last half mile, but overall everything felt pretty good.
