Nice run w/ Mike Albrecht, Richelle Schmitz and Kandace Schuft along the river rd to Lake Nokomis and back. So hot and humid and I felt kinda crappy after this run despite the easy pace. Hoping it was just a cumulative heat issue with the 24 mile run from Saturday combined with little sleep and running in hot and humid conditions again. Fell asleep early that night and awoke feeling better.
