Had a great progression run, starting with TM speed at 9.5, moving to 9.6 for miles 2-3, then 10.0 for miles 4-6. Felt good still so increased the speed, slightly, to 10.1 for the next two miles and 10.2 for the final two miles. Very tough workout, but felt great to get some real speed after so many miles this month. Probably best speed workout of the year.
