Calves are still pretty tight from the weekend so opted to go with the TM in case it got too hurty and I needed to stop. Set the speed to 8.5, incline to 1.0 and ran for 10 miles. Calves seemed to loosen up about 4 miles into the run, so what was probably going to be only 8 miles turned into 10.
