Negative split the hell out of the course. Hit the first 5K in ~18:20, then turned it on the 2nd lap. 5:04 for the last mile and around that pace for the last 0.2. I probably went out too conservative, but calves were sore and tight before the race so I thought I should start easy and see what I had for 2nd lap. A tad faster at the start and I probably could've had a shot at a PR.
