This pace should not feel easy after running 108 miles the last 7 days. Took it easy on the big hills, but still couldn't get one mile to dip to the 7:00s. Guess I shouldn't be complaining though. Shorts in Minneapolis on January 10th?!?

Thanks man. I'm thinking about a half marathon in early February. I'm definitely not 5K shape with all these dang miles, but I might be able to run a pretty decent half.

How's things going with your running? Can't see your training log. When is your next race? I'm pacing a friend at Green Bay this year if you're thinking about giving that one a go again we could have some post-race beers.
